Crab Pesto Salad
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
| 6 | ounces | linguine pasta, uncooked | |

| 1/3 | cup | prepared pesto sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | large tomato, diced | ||
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | fresh basil, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| Parmesan cheese, grated | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with pesto sauce. Place pasta on serving plate.
Sprinkle crabmeat and tomatoes over pasta. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
